- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆In July of 2016, After the Wendy's fiasco, first national bank decided my account would be more secure by sending a New debit/credit card to my old address (which had been updated in March 7th/2016). They froze my current debit card so that I had ZERO access to my funds. After talking with them on the phone, they told me that they could send me a replacement debit card in 7-10 days and that they were unable to courier me a new card. Having ZERO access to my funds, I have to borrow money from a friend and miss work to drive to a branch location to attain a replacement card. I will be closing my account and reporting this block in access to my funds to the federal reserve!By biopsychosocial, May 18, 2017
